Our mission

Supporting the development of science through our publishing activity, initiating science projects and studies as well as establishing science and sport scholarships.

Providing aid to sick people - in Poland and around the world

Supporting education in health care and sports

The Rehasport Clinic Foundation was established in April 2012. The Foundation’s charitable activity was inaugurated with the cooperation with the Orphanage no. 1 in Poznań located at ul. Swobody. The numerous initiatives we take on would not be possible without your help for which we are sincerely grateful.

What do we do?

Science scholarships

for young doctors

Supporting Polish doctors

and missionaries

Medical aid for Ukraine

war victims

While remaining in contact with Kyiv doctors, we gather specialised equipment for Ukrainian hospitals, we launched an international fund raiser for targeted medical product purchases and coordinate aid for people in need along with Polish and international foundations.

Since the Foundation’s establishment we have been funding several dozen science scholarships for young Polish doctors. This support enabled young Polish doctors to get education and present the results of their research during international conferences and symposiums.

The Rehasport Foundation is committed to supporting Polish doctors and missionaries working in Papua New Guinea. We made contributions to the purchase of microscopes to ensure more effective diagnostics of tuberculosis which is one of the five main causes of death in Papua New Guinea.

Preventive medicine campaigns

Medical aid for patients

Irons science journal

Issued in cooperation with the Polish Academy of Sciences, Irons is a quarterly journal containing original papers, reviews and case studies on rehabilitation, physiotherapy, orthopaedics and neurophysiology as well as aspects related to diagnostics and treatment of sports injuries.

The Rehasport Foundation takes part in a series of preventive medicine campaigns, such as preventive children posture examinations, preventive type 2 diabetes examinations as part of Medicover Foundation’s PoZdro campaign or Race towards Health during Tour de Pologne.

Our Foundation’s aid allowed for conducting a state-of-the-art orthopaedic treatment for Mr Krzysztof who wasn’t able to function normally due to an injury suffered in a car accident. Recovery was his biggest dream.

Special medical equipment was donated to Ukrainian hospitals thanks to the commitment of our patients, partners and the medical community.

The first dispatch arrived at the Kiev Institute of Traumatology intact, followed by more which are on the way. In the meantime, we are gradually collecting more parcels and making targeted purchases for the resources raised during fundraising.

The joint international effort has provided medical facilities with the equipment necessary to save the lives and health of the victims. Prof. dr Justus Gille of the Regio Kliniken supplied us with surgical kits from Hamburg, doctor Tomasz Torlinski provided 400 endotracheal tubes from a hospital in Birmingham, and doctor Scott Trenhaile from OrthoIllinois with stabilisation sets. Ukrainian hospitals were also provided with: surgical sutures, Renasys Touch portable negative pressure wound treatment system with dressings, bandages, implants, individual medical packages, orthoses, stabilisers, orthopaedic collars, lumbar belts and crutches.
